The Underline exists for our community. Brickell Backyard, our first phase and half-mile, is now OPEN. And we are fast-tracking design for the remaining 9.5 miles of The Underline! We hope to create an open platform and discussion about our project and work through a series of “Community Connection Meetings”. We can only do that if we hear from you and others who will live, work and play on The Underline.

We are excited to invite you to our Community Connection Meeting 2, on Thursday, March 25th! The first time we are hosting this meeting while our park is open!

Please join us, speak with our Chief Operations Officer, Patrice Gillespie-Smith, our Chief Advancement Officer, Amy Rosenberg, our Community Manager, Masi Faroqui, and other members of The Underline team. Find out the latest on our progress and more.

This meeting has a limited capacity of 100 attendees so please RSVP now!

Community Connection meetings will happen quarterly (every 3 months) per year, to make sure The Underline stays community-focused and engaged with the people we are serving. In these meetings, our goals will be to:

Keep our community, friends, and partner organizations updated on plans and progress

Enable connections among our community, friends, and partners

Create a platform to communicate directly with The Underline team

Community Connection Meetings are virtual quarterly meetings put together by The Underline to connect directly with our team and community. This is where you will have a chance to make yourself heard and learn more about The Underline’s progress and initiatives.
