The New Tropic: How Green Spaces Will Transform Miami’s Walkability featuring Meg Daly

November 16, 2016
by Meg Daly

From today’s New Tropic:

“Miami’s going green, and we’re interviewing the movers and shakers making it happen. First up is Meg Daly, the BA founder and president behind The Underline – a 10-mile linear park below Miami’s Metrorail. The Underline’s goal: Help make Miami, arguably the unsafest metropolitan city to pedestrians and cyclists in the States, walkable and create 120-acres worth of green space. Taking after Atlanta’s Beltline and NYC’s High Line, the initiative is already the fastest moving project of its scope in the world.
