Last week, 35+ land use experts visited The Underline during the ULI Florida Summit in Miami. The Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Florida showcased The Underline as one of their five mobile tours during their 2022 summit. Members had the opportunity to walk and tour the first half mile of the Brickell Backyard. Friends of The Underline board members also participated in the summit where Camilo Miguel Jr., was chair and a part of the host committee and Kieran Bowers, President of Swire Properties, was one of the keynote speakers. 

The ULI Florida Summit convened around 700 real estate and land use leaders at the JW Marriott Marquis in downtown Miami to examine the future of real estate and communities during this time of disruption and new opportunities. ULI has five District Councils in the state of Florida and the Summit also hosted the state’s seven product councils, which are groups of members who work within specific real estate asset classes.  Keynote speakers also included Steven Ross, Chairman of Related Companies, Miami Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava along with many others.
