Events

Presented in partnership with Bookleggers Library, Hued Songs, O, Miami and The Underline, Smoke, Lillies and Jade is a multimedia performance inspired by the work of Harlem Renaissance icon Richard Bruce Nugent.

The one-hour performance will take place at The Underline’s Sound Stage Plaza and will feature song, dance, instrumentalists, and animation. There will also be free beer tasting provided by Tripping Animals.

Getting there:

•⁠ 🚆Take the Metrorail to Brickell Metrorail Station, exit north, and walk to Sound Stage, located right before the crossing to 8th street.

•⁠ 🚴‍♂️ Walk or bike (bike racks on The Underline as SW 1st Avenue and SW 1st Street) to Sound Stage, located right before the crossing to 8th street.

•⁠ 🚗 If you drive, please use nearby public parking lots at Brickell City Centre and Publix Mary Brickell Village.
