This event is free and open to the public thanks to our exclusive Health & Wellness partners Baptist Health South Florida.

What to expect:

• Electrifying outdoor cardio kickboxing workout led by CKO Brickell instructors.
• Experience the thrill of punching and kicking your way to fitness in a high-octane atmosphere.
• Rain Policy: The event will be postponed 2 hours before event time in the case of 50% or more chance of rain. Thunderstorms will result in an immediate cancellation.

Don’t miss out and prepare to roll with the punches!

• Bring your own gloves. If not, we can provide loaner gloves for the workout, while supplies last.
• Bring refillable water bottles.
• Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
• Bring a towel !
• Wear sunscreen!

• If you drive, please use the nearby public parking lot at Mary Brickell Village.
