If you happen to be stuck in traffic near Metrorail’s Vizcaya station (3201 SW First Ave., Miami) around 6 p.m. (or anytime after sundown) this Saturday through February 21, you might notice a glow in the sky. The colorful and vibrant lighting will be a teaser into an initiative dubbed “the Underline,” which will transform ten miles of underused land beneath Miami’s elevated rail into the longest linear urban park in Miami-Dade.
