Today the City of Coral Gables Commission unanimously and enthusiastically endorsed the GreenLink (now The Underline).  Mayor Cason asked about endorsements by other cities, including the City of Miami, City of South Miami and the Village of Pinecrest.  Mayor Cason also pointed out that Friends of the GreenLink collaborated with the The University of Miami School of Architecture’s studio class that was devoted to creating a vision plan.  Commissioner Lago said he sees many commercial opportunities that exist around the GreenLink including new business growth and increased property values along the 10-mile tract.  Commissioner Keon commended our efforts to take the GreenLink from a vision to a reality and said she supported the GreenLink moving forward.
